Boutique home builder and real estate firm seeks a motivated and energetic Executive Assistant to handle a range of administrative, executive and personal support related tasks. Requires a high level of professionalism, positive energy and versatility with a background in real estate a plus. Must possess a BA/BS degree and strong written and verbal communication skills, light quantitative skills, solid decision making ability, exceptional organizational skills, and be highly detail-oriented. Prefer 5 years of administrative experience supporting an executive in the real estate, design, financial, or legal services industries. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Light accounting will be required. Some personal duties, errands, travel arrangements, etc. will be required. Flexible schedule and some Saturdays may be required.Salary commensurate with experience.
