PRIMARY GOAL: To provide superior quality customer service for our corporate customers for all their transportation needs. Position Details: - Year Round - Full-Time - In our Park City office Principal Responsibilities: - Work with a small team of sales representatives - Monitor all communications with existing customer base as well as expand customer base - Ensure the utmost in service is provided to all partners - Problem solve as needed - Answer all phones, emails, faxes… to provide full service to each customer with one transaction - Develop relationships with partners in the community and industry - Coordinate and Expedite client’s needs with operations and dispatch departments to ensure customer travel needs are completed timely and accurately. Experience Desired: - Experience in the service industry and transportation is a plus but not necessary. - Ability to multi-task - Basic computer skills are a requirement - Operations experience/capacity is desired MUST REPRESENT WITH: o Great attitude, enthusiasm, dedication, motivation. o Ability to be a self-starter, produce, multi-task and have superior communication skills.
